What we do
We are able to supply the essential crockery that you need for a vintage-
We know that putting on an event is hard work, and the last thing you want to do at the end of your party is the washing up: Especially when vintage china is not suitable for the dishwasher and needs to be washed by hand. That’s why we do the washing up for you. All you have to do is empty the cups and brush off the crumbs from the plates and pack into the crates provided.
Deciding what to hire
You can choose to hire as many or as few items as you wish. Prices start from just
£1.50 per person if you just want a cup, saucer and tea plate for each guest. Put those
with a teapot, milk jug and sugar bowl (not forgetting the sugar tongs!) for a group of
4 guests for a simple afternoon tea. Add a bread and butter plate, jam dish and
If this is what you have in mind, then have a look at our Tea Party Packages: these provide all the essential crockery and cutlery you need whilst also offering good value. You may, of course, combine packages or supplement any of these with additional items to meet your requirements.
Delivery and Collection
We are happy to deliver your hired crockery to your venue either on the day or the day before your event and collect from the venue after your party is over – usually the following day. Delivery and collection is charged at 40p per mile. You will need to make the necessary arrangements with the venue hirers – but we are happy to discuss this with you. (See our Terms and Conditions)
Alternatively if you wish to collect the crockery from us or return it yourselves, you are welcome to do so.
Clearing Away Service
For an additional charge, we provide a Clearing Away service. We will come to the venue at the end of your event and repack all the hired crockery for you! Not only does this mean less work for you, but it also reduces the risk of breakages when packing away.
